Refund Policy

Refunds – Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a video has been delivered. If you detect errors attributable to BoostVidz (e.g., incorrect data included), contact us within 7 days of receiving the video and we will provide a free correction.

Cancellations – You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if we have not yet started producing your video (generally within the first 2 hours after placing the order). After that time, your order is non-refundable.

Revisions – All packages include 1 free round of minor revisions. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.

How to Request a Correction or Cancellation – Send an email to our support team with your order number. We will respond within 24 h with instructions.
